Matt started his love of cooking when he was a teenager and eventually went to culinary school where he graduated summa cum laude from Le Cordon Bleu.

He trained with Chef Pruneau, a certified Master Chef, at the formerly known Savoy Hotel in Kansas City and has trained and worked in many cities internationally.

He has donated his time helping and teaching others his craft and knowledge. Matthew’s goal is to help others achieve their success through better marketing and support the culinary culture and enhance the experience that you are providing to your patrons and community.
